Excellent butler service made our stay memorable.

The preferred club feel was misleading. we got standard access. The wait times for transportation were incredibly long, making it frustrating to navigate the resort. The constant push for joining the vacation club was intrusive and took away from our relaxation time.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort, enjoying the spacious Deluxe Pool View room. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we loved the delicious dining options at the themed restaurants. The pool area was perfect for lounging and daytime fun.

In my wife’s opinion, more entertainment options for adults would be great.

We had an amazing stay in a Preferred Club Master Suite with a private pool. The themed restaurants were fantastic, especially the French, and the beach was stunning. One downside was the limited variety of drinks by the pool. Overall, a perfect getaway! Would definitely choose this place again.
